1. SHIPPING
- Processing Time All items are individually handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping Methods We ship worldwide from Ukraine using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
- Tracking Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Import Duties & Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or VAT depending on your country. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Delayed Orders If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@nnbupcycling.com with your name and order number.
2. RETURNS & ALTERATIONS
- Our Policy Every NNB piece is a unique, handcrafted original. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing.
However, we understand that fit matters. If your piece requires a sizing adjustment, we offer to arrange professional alterations. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll find the best solution together. - Damaged or Lost Items Refunds are granted in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item does not arrive within the stated timeframe
To request a refund, contact us at info@nnbupcycling.com within 7 days of delivery (or after the expected timeframe if the item never arrived), including your order number and photos if applicable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within several business days.

- All handcrafted items received in good condition
- Shipping costs (unless the item was lost or damaged in transit)
