1. SHIPPING
Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
- Processing Time Every piece is individually handcrafted. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
- Where We Ship From Your piece begins as hand-selected Italian vintage and is crafted in our atelier in Ukraine, from where it ships to you with trusted international carriers.
- Delivery Times Typically 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing.
- Tracking Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Import Duties & Taxes Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the item price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Delayed Orders If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@nnbupcycling.com with your name and order number.
2. RETURNS & ALTERATIONS
- 14-Day Returns We want you to love your piece. If you change your mind, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. To start a return, email info@nnbupcycling.com with your order number.
- Made-to-Order Exceptions Pieces custom-made to your measurements (such as our made-to-order dresses) cannot be returned unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you.
- Free Alterations If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to arrange professional sizing alterations instead of a return — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@nnbupcycling.com within 7 days (including photos if applicable) and we’ll refund or replace it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within several business days.
