Free shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada.

1. Processing Time Every piece is handcrafted. We hand your order over to the carrier within 2 business days of receiving it (up to 5 business days in exceptional cases). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
   
   
2. Where We Ship From Your piece begins as hand-selected Italian vintage and is crafted in our atelier in Ukraine, from where it ships to you with trusted international carriers.
   
   
3. Delivery Times Delivery times are set by the carrier – typically 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing.
   
   
4. Tracking Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
   
   
5. Import Duties & Taxes Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the item price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
   
   
6. Delayed Orders If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at nnbupcyclingsys18@gmail.com.
   
   

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. 14-Day Returns You can return or exchange any item within 14 days: you have 3 days from delivery to let us know you wish to return it, and a further 12 days for the item to reach us.
   
   
2. Return Conditions Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   
   
5. Non-Returnable Items Pieces made to individual order or customised at your request cannot be returned unless faulty.
   
   
6. Free Alterations If a piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to arrange a professional sizing alteration instead of a return – contact us within 14 days of delivery.
   
   
7. Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at nnbupcyclingsys18@gmail.com within 7 days (with photos if possible) and we will refund or replace it.
