PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY
1. Personal data of the User/Buyer is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of June 1, 2010 “On Personal Data Protection”. Personal data is retained for 5 years.
1.1. With the User’s/Buyer’s consent, the Seller may send information, including promotional messages, to their email and mobile phone. The User/Buyer may refuse to receive advertising and other information at any time without giving a reason. Service notifications about the order and its processing cannot be declined by the User/Buyer.
2. The Seller is not responsible for information that the User/Buyer publishes on the Site in a publicly accessible form.
3. The Seller may record telephone conversations with the User/Buyer. The Seller undertakes to prevent unauthorised access to information obtained during such conversations and not to share it with third parties not directly involved in fulfilling orders.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
4. Information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The Site administration uses it to fulfil the User’s (Buyer’s) orders.
5. For this purpose, the Seller may send emails and text messages to, and call, the phone number provided when placing an order or registering on the Site.
6. The User (Buyer) consents to the use of cookies. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot read information from the User’s device. They are used to improve the service: quick identification of the User, saving settings and personal preferences. If cookies are disabled, some features of the Site may not work.
7. The User (Buyer) authorises the Site administration to process their personal data, including storing, updating and modifying it in the database. The administration undertakes to protect the data from unauthorised access and not to share it with third parties, except where necessary to process it (payment providers, delivery services) or at the mandatory request of competent authorities.
8. If the User (Buyer) does not wish to receive messages about promotions and new products, they may opt out by contacting the administration.
