1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. This offer sets out the rules for placing, fulfilling and receiving orders on the website https://nnbupcycling.com.
1.2. Order – a duly completed request of the Buyer on the Site (the relevant fields in the “Checkout” section are filled in, the accuracy of the information entered is confirmed and all actions specified on the Site for sending the order to the Seller are performed), addressed to the Seller, with an offer to purchase the selected Goods.
1.3. Buyer – a person who places an Order and intends to purchase the Goods offered for sale by the Seller and presented on the Site.
1.4. Rules – these Rules for placing, fulfilling and receiving orders on the Site.

1.6. Proposal – information about the Goods published by the Seller on the Site, including the description of the Goods, their price, payment and delivery methods and other purchase conditions. The terms of the Proposals published on the Site are set by the Seller.
1.7. Site – the website at https://nnbupcycling.com, whose pages contain the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranties, and present the Goods.
1.8. Goods – items offered for sale by the Seller on the Site, with a stated price, name, description, characteristics and availability. The following types of Goods are offered on the Site: jackets, skirts, shirts, trousers, dresses, sweaters, tops, suits.
1.9. Delivery service – a third party providing transportation, courier and/or postal delivery services.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Use of the Site in any form (including, but not limited to, placing Orders) means that the Buyer has read and agrees to these Rules. If the Buyer does not agree with the Rules, they must refrain from using the Site.
2.2. These Rules govern: the Buyer’s access to information on the Site; use of the Site; ordering, payment and delivery of the Goods; receipt and return of the Goods.
2.3. Information about the Goods on the Site is dynamic and may be updated, changed or supplemented by the Seller at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site and apply to Orders placed after publication.
2.4. Information about the Goods, purchase conditions, prices and any other information of the Seller is displayed on the Site.
2.5. A Proposal on the Site is not an offer. After reading the Proposal, the Buyer may make an offer to the Seller by selecting the Goods, completing the checkout form, confirming the accuracy of the information entered and performing all actions specified on the Site. Submitting the completed form is considered the Buyer’s offer to purchase the Goods on the terms of the Proposal and these Rules.
2.6. The offer is considered accepted by the Seller (acceptance) when the Seller takes actions confirming acceptance, namely ships the Goods in accordance with the Buyer’s offer.
2.7. After receiving the Buyer’s offer, the Seller may propose different terms. Such a proposal is a counter-offer, accepted by the Buyer through payment and receipt of the Goods on the counter-offer terms. The Seller may withdraw a counter-offer before payment and/or delivery of the Goods.
2.8. If an acceptance was sent by mistake, the Parties may change the terms only if they notify each other of the error in good time.
2.9. Acceptance of the Buyer’s offer by the Seller, or of the Seller’s counter-offer by the Buyer, constitutes an agreement between them on the terms of these Rules.
2.10. Before accepting the Goods, the Buyer should review the information on the Goods, their packaging and accompanying documents, and contact the Seller if further information is needed.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1. To make a purchase, the Buyer must correctly fill in the mandatory fields at checkout, confirm the accuracy of the information entered and complete all steps specified on the Site.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in the Order form.
3.3. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules and that their actions comply with them.
3.4. An Order is considered accepted once the Buyer receives an email or phone confirmation from the Seller at the contact details provided at checkout.
3.5. The Seller may decline an Order if the Goods are not actually available, by notifying the Buyer by email or phone. In this case any amount paid is refunded to the Buyer in full.
3.6. If the Buyer provides an incorrect email address and/or phone number, the Seller may cancel the unconfirmed Order.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. The price of the Goods is the price shown on the Site at the time the Order is placed. Shipping to the countries served by the Site is free of charge.
4.2. The Seller may change prices at any time without notice, but may not change the price of an Order once it has been accepted.
4.3. Prices are shown and paid in the currency displayed on the Site at checkout (EUR). Import duties or local taxes that may apply outside the European Union are not included in the price and are the Buyer’s responsibility.
4.4. Payment is made online at checkout by bank card or by the express payment methods available on the Site (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).
4.5. The Goods must be fully paid before they are shipped.
4.6. If an Order is cancelled by the Buyer or declined by the Seller, the amount paid is refunded.
4.7. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, or to another account indicated by the Buyer in writing, within 1–14 business days of the Seller receiving the returned Goods and confirming their condition.
4.8. The Seller may restrict some payment methods.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery is free of charge to the countries listed at checkout (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States and Canada).
5.2. The Seller hands the Goods over to the carrier within 2 (two) business days of receiving the Order; where circumstances complicate fulfilment, this period may be extended to 5 (five) business days. Delivery times are set by the carrier and typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5.3. The Seller makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure). In such cases the Seller will inform the Buyer and agree on new delivery terms by email or phone.
5.4. The Goods are considered received when the Buyer (or a third party designated by the Buyer) accepts the parcel from the carrier.
5.5. On receipt, the Buyer should check the parcel for visible damage and report any damage or missing items to the Seller within 7 days, with photos where possible.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1. You can return or exchange the Goods within 14 days.
6.2. You have 3 days to notify us that you wish to return the Goods and a further 12 days for the Goods to reach us. If the Goods do not reach us within this time, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition as when received, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the Buyer.
6.3. The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–14 business days of the Seller receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

6.5. The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- goods made to individual order;
- items altered or customised at the Buyer’s request.
6.6. Damaged or lost parcels must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date; the Seller will refund or replace the item.
7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Information provided by the Buyer is confidential and is used to fulfil the Buyer’s Order and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2. For this purpose, the Seller may send emails and text messages to, and call, the contact details provided at checkout.
7.3. The Site uses cookies to improve the service (identifying the Buyer, saving settings and preferences). If cookies are disabled, some features of the Site may not work.
7.4. The Seller protects personal data from unauthorised access and does not share it with third parties except where necessary to process the Order (e.g. payment providers and carriers) or when required by competent authorities.
7.5. The Buyer may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting the Seller.
