The Made-to-Order Process:

2. Provide Measurements: After ordering, you will receive a detailed measurement guide to fill out. Our team will then be in touch to confirm all details.
3. Crafting Your Dress: Our artisans will carefully craft your dress, a process that takes approximately 7-10 days from the confirmation of measurements.
4. Shipping: Your one-of-a-kind piece will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Each piece is handcrafted: we hand your order to the carrier within 2 business days (up to 5 in exceptional cases), and delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
14-day returns. Let us know within 3 days of delivery and send the item back within the following 12 days, unworn and in its original packaging (return shipping at your expense). If it’s the fit that’s off, we also offer free sizing alterations — just contact us at nonamebrand.ua@gmail.com.
